I first came across this laptop at the beginning of December 2017 and was initially skeptical as the brand was unknown to me at the time. With further browsing and comparison I could not find any other laptop with the same specifications at such a great price. I knew buying was a risk but nevertheless took it. Shipping was slow but arrived within the timeframe of the shipping cost I paid for. It arrived extremely well, safely and professionally packaged. The laptop came with everything needed. The laptop and power adaptor. A simple instruction leaflet was included. The laptop powered up into Windows 10, connected to the internet without any wifi issues and the first thing I did was update Windows 10, and then opened device manager and one by one performed manual update checks for all of the drivers (there were about 5 that found updated driver versions and installed automatically without problem). This laptop runs Windows 10 well and operates so far all of the applications I need it to (work and productivity type applications). It seems solid and well built. The touchpad is multitouch and works well; not as well as that of my MacBook Pro, but this is the best touchpad I have come across on a non-Apple laptop. In summary, I would highly recommend this laptop and if this laptop serves as an example of the quality of product Jumper produces, I would not hesitate and indeed I plan myself on buying a further laptop or tablet from Jumper. I do not use applications or play games that require high specification systems. I can't comment on the long term durability, however this laptop seems solid and gives me the impression it will last.

un prodotto davvero ottimo con una eccellente scheda tecnica, i tablet che hanno una medesima dotazione hardware sono decisamente più cari, inoltre è molto fluido e nelle prove iniziali il processore Mediatek ha saputo comportarsi egregiamente anche con le app più pesanti e impegnative dimostrando inoltre di essere poco energivoro. Lo schermo è molto luminoso e reattivo, è un piacere vedere film su questo tablet, lo consiglio decisamente

Bien pour le prix payé de 249.99 euros en pré-commande ( pas frais de douane; transit par la Belgique). Bonne tablette, véloce, bel écran de qualité; mais l'appareil photo et la vidéo sont de qualité moyenne quand on est habitué à la qualité photo d'un Samsung Note 4, c'est dommage. Le dos en aluminium limite aussi la distance Wifi par rapport à la box internet (maxi 6 à 8 m). Mise en route et configuration facile. Je conseille une housse de transport. L'écran est déjà couvert d'un film de protection. La carte micro sim fonctionne après redémarrage en 3G (n'affiche pas 4G?) dans les deux slot testés. La livraison à été rapide en 17 jours (seul de délai de mise à disposition pour expédition était un peu long: 20 jours)
